I recently ordered two Golden Bamboo plants, and I couldn't be happier with both the product and the service. Shortly after placing my order, the company contacted me to explain that the plants currently available at the nursery were not of the standard they wanted to send to a customer. While this meant a slight delay, they reassured me that they would wait until they had plants that met their quality expectations. Today my bamboo arrived, and it was absolutely worth the wait. Both plants are stunning, healthy, vibrant green, clearly well cared for, and arrived in excellent condition. It was obvious they had been well watered and carefully transported. It's refreshing to deal with a company that prioritises quality over simply shipping an order as quickly as possible. Their communication was excellent throughout, and the quality of the plants exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!
