Rapid order processing and delivery was excellent. However, delivery was made onto the road outside my house, despite requests to put them just on my drive/garden edge as dozens of young school children will be walking past this blockage shortly, but the driver was not interested, saying that this was mine or somebody else’s issue, not his problem.

The laurels were good value for mone and arrived within a couple of days.
They were delivered onto the driveway (by a very helpful driver) exactly as requested.
They were all in a lovely healthy condition and have been planted and look great.

The customer service is excellent. Unfortunately the wrong plant was picked and dispatched, however Hedging supplies dealt with it immediately and kept me informed until replacement received. Plants were excellent and palletised for transfer. Would not hesitate to order again.

Can’t praise this company enough! I have placed two orders with them recently and all items lived up to the pictures and descriptions and are really healthy looking. My first order arrived within 3 days. The driver even dragged a pallet truck over my gravel driveway to leave goods at the rear of my property. For the 2nd order I contacted the team to ask for a specific delivery date . They were more than friendly and quick to oblige. I will be using them again in the future .
