Bought eight Thuja Smaragd Trees from this guys and trees was delivered in time. 7 out of 8 trees was in great shape, but one was a bit grey... I decided to plant it anyway just to see if I can recover it... suddenly things gone worse and tree started to die slowly... I contacted they customer service and with in 3 days they just sent me new tree which was in spotless condition... Highly recommending this supplier if you thinking of done something in your garden as they supplying high standard products

Plants good….updated now that arrived. The tracking sent did not work, phone not answered and mailbox not accepting new voicemails . I called again and this then triggered a call back. Plants then turned up and were fine. Don’t send customers tracking that doesn’t work. I ordered with you because it said next day delivery. When I called to check this you confirmed you would get the plants to me within this timeframe. Thanks for making that happen but I did need to call. Order HS255788

This is an edited review. I had some issues with my order which were to do with miscommunication and also with the delivery company resulting in problems with the trees. After leaving my solicited review here Hedging Supplies got straight back in touch and replaced the product within the week which was very decent and fair of them. They actually sent far larger trees than my original order which was a very kind gesture. I can now highly recommend them.

Great quality laurel plants delivered two days after I ordered them. Really healthy looking plants, great value as quite a few were a bit bigger than I ordered. Ordered a thuja evergreen tree. It took a little while to arrive but it is exactly what we wanted. It is a beautiful slim, conical shape and is very healthy. It’s settling in well with plenty of watering. We left the hessian bag on when we planted it as instructed.

So far so good. The hedges are exactly what we had hoped for. Beautiful shape and lots of fresh growth. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the updates on despatch and notice of delivery day. It would be great to have a phone call/ better communication to ensure someone’s in for delivery. Pallet company communicated well on arrival though and trees intact. Would use company again just updates on delivery day with enough notice to make sure we’re home. The evening before delivery wasn’t enough time bearing in mind we work. Thanks

Ordered cherry laurel hedging x14 from Hedging Supplies Ltd. They were delivered early the following day which was perfect for our landscaper. The delivery driver was very friendly and extremely helpful. We ordered 150-180cm height laurels . They all measure near the top end of the height range and are very healthy examples. A very happy customer! I purchased 10 cherry laurels at 100-120cm for my garden for some privacy, and after them turning up today I was amazed at the quality! They are already so bushy and a good few are more like 130-140cm tall! The delivery driver was cheerful and helped drop them to my back gate. The only thing I would criticise, which wasn’t a huge problem at all, is the delivery tracking, a live tracker or estimated delivery time would’ve helped as I didn’t know what time they would arrive, but a quick google of the distance between my house and the company gave me a good idea! I am always happier spending my money in smaller, family companies over the likes of B&Q etc as they tend to surprise you, and Hedgingsuppliesltd definitely blew me away!

Wow, didn’t think I could get excited about a hedging tree :) . Ordered the Cherry Laurel Rootball 180-210cm, it arrived in excellent condition and definitely nearer the 210cm, very full and filled the gap I had brilliantly. So pleased I’m going to order another one to replace a conifer tree. Forgot to mention it’s also great value for money, wish I’d known about them sooner.

I ordered 27 Laurels on Sunday evening, and have to say I was pleasantly surprised to have them delivered the following day from start to finish in less than 24 hours with great communication from the delivery driver.
The Laurels are healthy and bushy as described.
