What's Covered

If any plant fails to thrive or dies within 12 months of delivery, we'll replace it—provided it has been:

• Planted correctly according to the species requirements
• Watered appropriately, especially during the establishment period
• Protected from extreme conditions where recommended in our care guides

How It Works

Simply contact us with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the affected plant
• A brief description of how it was planted and maintained

Our team will review and arrange a replacement to be sent at the optimal planting time for that species.
